Legacy Villa is more than a luxury getaway—it’s a tribute to the heart and history of our family. Once known as Anderson Villa, this cherished home belonged to our beloved parents, Judy L. Anderson and David E. Anderson, Sr. For years, they poured their love into this space, even marking it with a majestic lion statue—an enduring symbol of pride and strength that still stands today.

In August 2024, we were honored to take ownership of the home they treasured so deeply. Since then, we’ve thoughtfully renovated and reimagined the property into what is now Legacy Villa—a beautifully elevated retreat that still holds the soul of the original home, now infused with modern comforts and luxury finishes.
